Mattea Gagliardo

Mattea has gained extensive experience in business transfers, collective dismissal and in all elements relating to company restructuring and reorganisation.

She is a specialist in working both in the sphere of judicial disagreements and in out-of-court consultation, in the interests of Italian and foreign businesses. She has gained a wide experience in all the principal areas of working law and industrial relations.

She began her work at ACLI (Italian workers’ association).

In 2007 at ACLI she started her extrajudicial legal support work for helping workers before their departments. She offered representation in order to resolve disputes between workers following resignation or dismissal, as well as for the administrative support of those incapacitated on medical grounds.

In particular, she is in charge of labour material and specialises in two sectors:

  1. Support for workers either in or out of court with the aim of protecting the rights of the worker before the Judicial Authority, either in the case of unfair dismissal disputes or in the recovery of due funds.
  2. Social security
    She is certified at the ADAP (Association for social security lawyers) with the aim of protecting those incapacitated on medical grounds, from a bureaucratic and legal point of view.

This association handles the administrative procedures of evaluation and supports those incapacitated on medical grounds, the pensioner and the worker before the Judicial Authority and certified office, from both a social security and economic point of view.

Education & Court Admissions :

She earned her degree in law at the Università degli Studi di Palermo in 2007.

She is certified at the Ordine degli Avvocati di Palermo.

She speaks Italian and English. She is of Counsel
