Marilena Sireci advises businesses on all tax aspects of the business life cycle including property and asset holding arrangements with a specific focus on domestic companies in corporate taxation, tax planning, transfer pricing issues and indirect taxes. In addition, in the course of her professional working life, she has also gained extensive experience in relation to tax litigation issues.
Her key areas of expertise are domestic tax procedural law and tax planning.
She speaks at various domestic conferences and seminars on tax law.
She speaks Italian and English.
Education & Court Admissions :
After graduating in Law summa cum laude from the University of Palermo in 2000, she obtained a Ph.D in tax law from the University of Palermo in 2005 and a master’s degree in Tax Consulting Firm, e “Reddito d’impresa e di lavoro autonomo” from IPSOA School in 2008 – 2009.
She has taught at the University of Palermo.
She has written a monograph study “Giusto Processo e Processo Tributario“ on Tax Proceedings, published in 2008.
She has been a member of the Italian Bar since 2003. She is of Counsel.
