Alessandro Scalia’s practice focuses on civil litigation, giving assistance to Italian and multinational companies in judicial and extrajudicial disputes
He gained further experience in the field of debt collection and arbitration proceedings, contract disputes and related litigation.
Alessandro Scalia has developed expertise in the real estate sector and provides legal assistance in the context of acquisitions and financing deals, planning, implementation and management of real estate complexes as well as real estate fund transactions. He specialises in real estate at different territorial levels, advising on issues including construction, networks of roads, state property and building, and work contracts.
He also has expertise in the energy sector, advising clients on the development of energy projects (fuelled by renewable sources and waste to energy), on environmental permits, environmental and electricity regulatory compliance, negotiation with public authorities, settlements and administrative litigation issues.
In addition, his practice includes negotiating sale and purchase of real estate assets and companies, co-investment and joint venture agreements, advising on real estate development projects, construction, property management and lease agreements, real estate development, real estate investment funds, and negotiating the relevant management agreements.
