Caterina Saeli has gained experience in different areas of Italian law: from real estate to family law.
She has gained a strengthened experience in the field of in the negotiation and drafting of the contractual arrangements usually available for the real estate investments (e.g. deeds of sale, leasing, commercial leases, sale and lease of going concern, construction contracts and service agreements, etc.) both in Italian and English, for national and international clients, as well as in the field of acquisition and dismissal of real estate portfolios, advice on any legal aspect concerning the management of real estate portfolios, drafting of legal opinions related to civil law, real estate and corporate issues.
She has experience in advice and preparation of documentation for related party purchases, sales or transfers of property for primary production businesses as well as in relation to leasehold land including transfers.

Caterna Saeli successfully graduated from the Law School of Palermo, Italy.
As part of her formative education, Caterina spent six month in Valencia, Spain, at Universidad de Valencia studying different subjects.
Since graduation, Caterina constantly trained as a lawyer and she experienced all aspects of the profession, from drafting legal acts, to attending to hearings, to meeting with clients.
She passed the European Union Ability exam (Europe’s “bar exam”) in the court of Palermo and she is enrolled in the Italian Society of Lawyers.
