About Alessandro Boccadutri:
Alessandro Boccadutri advises on a wide range of contentious matters including civil litigation, family law and personal injury.
He is part of the Insolvency and Restructuring team dealing with personal and corporate insolvency issues, the matters arising from bankruptcies, administrations and liquidations. He is also part of the Family law team.
He deals extensively with all areas of Family Law practice including pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, co-habitation and children. He specialises in divorce and separation cases with a complex financial element. Many of his cases involve a substantial amount of money, businesses and trusts or an international element.
He speaks Italian, English, Spanish and French.

Alessandro Boccadutri graduated in law with maxima cum laude in 2003 from the University of Palermo. He completed a Masters in Juvenile criminal justice and family law at the L.U.M.S.A. of Palermo with a final dissertation on “the protection of minors in International Conventions, in International criminal law at Isis (European cooperation in criminal matters) in Siracusa, in International business and Public Policy at Cerisdi in collaboration with University of Catania, writing a final thesis on money laundering.
He is a member of the Italian Bar.
